How to Use Lighthouse

Understand the Roadmap

Visit the Roadmap page to see the full gate-based execution plan. Each gate has objectives, tasks, and step checklists.

Know Your Role

Each task has an assigned owner. Focus on tasks assigned to you and mark them complete when done (login required).

Go to Documents to download case studies, offer sheets, sample outputs, and execution guides.

Track Progress

Use the Tasks page to see Kanban boards, filter by status, and drill down into task details.

Visit Campaign Center for campaign specs and GHL Funnel for workflow/pipeline build details.

  • Lock decisions at Gate 0
  • Approve offer structure and pricing
  • Manage users and assign roles
  • Seal gates when complete

Offer/Pricing Owner (Wasim)

  • Define entry offers and core delivery menu
  • Set qualification gates and minimum thresholds
  • Approve proposal templates

Web/Forms + Creative Owner (Masrour)

  • Build landing pages
  • Configure forms and thank-you pages
  • Produce creative assets (static, video)
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness

Tracking + Ads Owner (Moosa)

  • Install and verify tracking (GA4, pixels)
  • Build and optimize paid campaigns
  • Monitor conversion events
  • Weekly performance reports

Sales/Follow-up Owner (Zoya)

  • Respond to new leads within SLA (2 hours)
  • Move leads through pipeline stages
  • Book Audit Review Calls
  • Track secured lead count

What is a "Secured Lead"?

A secured lead is a prospect who meets all qualification gates AND takes one of these actions:

  • Asset submission + Audit Review Call booked + gates passed + fair-use accepted
  • Proposal requested for a defined scope
  • Project kick-off agreed (retainer or project-based)

Qualification gates: Minimum planning budget (£15k+), clear timeline, ICP match, decision authority.
